04 / Who builds it

No agency layers.
I'm Fabian Franke, a developer based in Germany. I build websites and business software with my own AI-assisted workshop, which is why the prices sit well below typical agency rates. You talk to the person who writes the code, from the first email to the launch.
05 / Honest answers
Everything happens online anyway: email, a shared preview link and a short call if you want one. Being one person with an AI-assisted workflow keeps the price down, not the location.
By card or bank transfer in USD, half at the start and half after you approve the preview, before launch. I don’t charge German VAT; whether any tax applies on your side depends on your country and business.
Yes. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and once the build is paid you receive the source files and a handover note.
Yes. No card, no contract. If it isn't for you, just say so and you won't hear from me again.
Finding businesses and drafting first emails is partly automated. Every email is reviewed before it goes out, and every reply is read and answered by me.
Then the free audit will say so and you can ignore me. I only want to work where I can make a visible difference.
